CANDLE TESTING
Here at TCJC safety is paramount to us. All our vessels are produced by hand rather than machine which ensures our vessels are stronger, safer and have greater heat resistance than others on the market.
All vessels are heat resistant, fit for purpose and have been thermal tested in house. Glass is still a volatile material so all vessels should be tested thoroughly with your preferred wax, wicks and fragrance before being put on the market.

UK DELIVERY
All UK mainland orders will be sent with trusted courier DHL and smaller orders will be sent via royal mail.
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and items are sent back at buyers cost in the condition they arrived. At the candle jar company all measures are taken for your orders to arrive to you in perfect condition but our vessels are handmade so a small percentage have small imperfections like uneven or sloping tops, less pointy lids or more pointy lids and bubbles in the glass due to the process of manufacturing. Some slight differences in batches can occur, slight colour differences do happen from batch to batch. Please be aware of this possibility before purchasing. All glass will need to be washed before use. May contain dirt, dust and glass shards from the manufacturing process.
